Lauren Rauch, President

Lauren Rauch is mom to Chase and Angelina, Founder of 5 Star, Cancer survivor, and lover of German language, culture & people.  When she isn't working on creative projects or meeting with clients for 5 Star you can usually find her behind her laptop or cooking with the family in her kitchen.  Lauren's passion for authentic and extraordinary customer service have been the hallmark of 5 Star since our beginning.

Janet Rivera Jones, Chief Talent Officer

Janet Rivera Jones started her HR Recruitment career in 2000 never looked back. She fell in love with automotive and aerospace manufacturing and truly understands the recruiting process cradle to grave. Over the past 15 years, she has  recruited for amazing companies and partnered with HR to hire top talent for hard-to-fill and precise technical searches.  Janet founded 5 Star and believes that our passion and extraordinary team are the foundations to our continued success.

Autumn Wezner, Senior Executive Recruiter

Autumn Wezner began her recruiting career in 2013 and brought with her over 10 years of Finance and Accounting experience from the Automotive Industry. This diverse experience gives Autumn a unique perspective on identifying talented candidates for accounting and finance placement. 
She especially values having exclusive and long-term relationships with candidates and clients.  Autumn's passion is for helping clients run a competitive, smooth and efficient operation by providing them with Top Talent!

Bobbie Jeannotte, Sr. Executive Recruiter

Bobbie's first job was as a Recruiter (9 years) then, one of her clients whisked her away to join Corporate HR (30 years). Now, she has come full circle and is pleased to be part of the 5 Star Team! When she's not on the job, you can find Bobbie somewhere on a golf course, beach or boat, usually with her husband (except the golf course)! Gary Bagwill, Senior Director, Executive Recruitment

Gary Bagwill's global career within the manufacturing, automotive, aerospace & defense, professional services, consumer products, food, and retail industries as an HR executive has provided him invaluable expertise in building high performance teams.  At 5 Star Gary serves as a consultative business partner to find Top Talent for client firms so they can continue to grow, prosper and build new pipelines for present and future opportunities.   One of his favorite inspirational quotes is from the legendary business titan, Jack Welch, "Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself. When you become a leader, success is all about growing others.

When Gary and his family enjoy free time, they head south to the islands for SCUBA diving and underwater photography.  One of his passions is sharing beautiful pictures of the ocean panorama and its vast variety of sea life.

Kimberly Couch, Senior Director, Executive Recruitment

As a recruiting professional, Kimberly Couch has a passion for finding just the right talent for your organization and a passion for developing 'human' resources going the extra mile to make a difference with each individual. Kimberly has over 10 years in Human Resources and 3 years Human Resource Management in an automotive/manufacturing environment.   Kimberly also holds a MS in Human Resource Management and two HR certifications.  Her diverse background in human resource, finance, insurance, recruiting, compliance, training, policy and procedure, has equipped her to adeptly solve client issues.  Her career experience spans automotive, manufacturing, steel, aerospace, medical, pharmaceutical, government contracting, banking, finance, and more.  When Kimberly is not working you can find her spending time with family and friends enjoying the outdoors and this beautiful creation. 

Kim Sunday, Director Recruitment and Development

Recruitment has been Kim Sunday's career direction for over 15 years. She enjoys recruiting and is thankful for the people she's met and the experience she has gained.  Kim brings in-house, full lifecycle background with companies, such as Honda Manufacturing, Universal Studios (yes, it was that fun!) and a large medical facility. Spending the last 7 years in direct and engaged placements, she's had the privilege of partnering with global companies and amazing people to build successful teams and careers.

Victoria Taylor, Accounting Manager
