Meet the Team: Shelley Hart
Tell us a little bit about your background.
I spent most of my life in Michigan (BS – Michigan Technological University and MBA – University of Michigan Flint). I currently live in Alabama.
What are your key accomplishments in your field/on the job?
Most of my key accomplishments were in the Labor Relations field (relationship building and competitive labor agreements) and in launch related activities.
Why did you choose to work in this industry?
At the time of graduation I was offered a position with General Motors. I felt fortunate to be involved in the automotive industry.
Tell us about your approach to recruiting.
I think this is a two way street and we have to be cautious to ensure that it is a fit for both the company and the individual.
